Seville
Tapas, Wine & History Tour

Go beyond the tourist trail and taste the authentic flavors of Seville in the historic taverns locals have cherished for generations.

In Seville, tapas are a way of life.
We’ll show you how to live it.

Daily 12h, 12:30, 5:45pm,6pm, 6:30pm,6:45pm Duration: 3 h.

  • Visit 4 historic, family-run taverns in the authentic heart of Seville.

  • Enjoy a full progressive dinner, with a generous meal of traditional tapas and drinks.

  • Taste Seville’s most legendary dishes, from the hearty montadito de pringá to the iconic solomillo al whisky.

  • Savor prized Andalusian products, including artisanal queso payoyo and traditional pestiños pastries soaked in honey.

  • Discover the city’s rich history as we weave through the charming streets of the old town.

  • Benefit from an intimate, small-group experience (max 12 people) for a truly personal tour.

Your tour begins the way any authentic Sevillian evening should: with local classics. We’ll dive straight into a historic tavern to taste favorites like the rich montadito de pringá and savory chicharrón de Cádiz.

As we explore the city’s characterful plazas and hidden alleyways, you’ll experience the full spectrum of our cuisine. We’ll visit cherished local spots to enjoy prized queso payoyo (a famous regional cheese) and creative bites like smoked sardine with tomato jam. The main event features Seville’s undisputed champion: the legendary solomillo al whisky (pork loin in whisky sauce) served over truffle-infused potato purée.

Our culinary journey concludes in a charming restaurant for one last savory tapa, a recipe steeped in local tradition. We’ll finish on a sweet note with a classic, honey-soaked Andalusian pastry, perfectly paired with a glass of the aromatic local orange wine. This is an off-the-beaten-track experience designed to show you the Seville that locals love. You’ll leave with a full stomach, a deep connection to the city, and our exclusive Dining Guide to ensure your delicious discoveries continue.

We want everyone to enjoy the rich flavors of our local gastronomy, and we’re happy to offer delicious substitutions for vegetarians, those with dairy or gluten intolerance, pregnant guests, and non-drinkers. Please make sure to note any dietary needs in the Special Requirements/Notes section when booking.

However, due to the risk of gluten cross-contamination, we do not recommend our tours for those with celiac disease. Additionally, because of the nature of the venues we visit, there are limited vegan options, and this tour is unfortunately not suitable for vegans

We are locals and love to eat! That’s why we would only take you to places that totally convince us and where we go with our friends and families. No tourist traps

Not all Tours are created equal. Our tours are not standardized, but a real reflection of the delicacies every season has to offer and the creativity of our chefs. We took much time and effort in designing the tours so you can enjoy delicious treats, discover hidden places and submerge in our (food) culture in local hideaways.

Feel welcome and like a local. We have great friendships and exclusive partnerships with restaurants, taverns, and market vendors.
